Mental Health Care

We all deserve to enjoy life and feel good about ourselves. Sometimes however life can be tough.

Whether you’re feeling great and want to stay that way, you’re a bit fed up; or you’re struggling to manage your feelings, mental health wellness covers a range of things people can do to get more control and a better quality of life.

Whether you're concerned about yourself or a loved one, there are several ways in which you can access mental health and wellbeing help in Warrington:

  • Visit the ‘Happy? OK? Sad?’website

  • Talking Matters Warrington provide psychological interventions for common mental health disorders, you can self-refer to the service by calling 01925 401720. This service accepts self-referrals between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday
  • North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provide a 24-hour phone line providing health assessments, advice and signposting for adults with moderate to severe symptoms of mental illness. You can call this service on 01925 666647
  • Access national helplines and support groups
