Repeat ordering pilot evaluation

Proposal:
From March 2017, we worked with some GP practices to look at a different way of ordering repeat prescriptions, meaning that patients were required to order repeat prescriptions directly from their GP practice.

We evaluated the repeat ordering pilot in the last five practices in the pilot phase to assess the impact of the pilot and how it may have affected patients and their family/carers. These practices were: Birchwood Medical Centre, Causeway Medical Centre, Chapelford Health Centre, Parkview Medical Centre and Springfield Medical Centre.

Outcome:
Read the outcome report of the evaluation work

Read about the further roll out of the changes to the repeat ordering of prescriptions

Read more about the project and see if your practice is taking part
